EBE 65 is an integrated system of 65 or 73.5 mm thermal-break sections, fittings and glazing gaskets, with which rectangular, shaped or arched doors and windows may be made with very slender frames overall, as little as 85 mm.
EBE 85 allows window and door frames to be made with very thick glass offering greater security and thermal performance.
This result has been reached by increasing yet again the insulating area of the metal sections, taking their cross section to 85 and 93.5 mm.
Seals are ensured by a double gasket system for the doors and a triple weatherstrip with weep system for the windows.
Available in painted steel, stainless steel, Cor-Ten steel and bronze, with the possibility of combining different materials for the interior and exterior sides of the frame.
The EBE thermal break system ensures high insulating performance, in conformity with current energy saving regulations, by using a double gasket/seal system on the doors and a weep channel system with triple gasket on the windows.
